Located in the coastal part of Baku, this hotel is about 5 minutes' walk from an own beach. Flame Towers is within an 8-km distance of the Sapphire Marine Baku, and Heydar Aliyev airport is 35 km away. Enjoy the proximity to Baku Ferris Wheel, which is nearly 15 minutes away by car.

The 31 non-smoking rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, along with a mini-fridge-bar for guests' comfort. Bathroom facilities include a bidet, a separate toilet, and a shower, as well as comforts such as hair dryers and a shower cap. Some units have delightful views of the sea.

The Sapphire Marine features a daily continental breakfast. Maxim is a restaurant at the property, which serves halal cuisine. The swim-up bar is ideal for a relaxing drink.

INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS (less than 10 rooms)

Terms and Conditions Policy

When you make a reservation through World Urban Forum 13 booking plateform, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Amount Requested

Kindly note that processing fee will be applied to total sum.
Please contact your bank for additional information.

Processing fee will be automatically added to all credit card payments.
In case of cancellation, these fees will not be refunded.

Your reservation will not be confirmed until the full amount in cleared funds for the reserved rooms is received by WUF 13. If your payment is not received within the day of your booking, your room(s) may be released back into the booking system for resale.

Important : Hotel bookings through our online portal are exclusively for registrants of the WUF 13 Event. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you are not registered or if you cancel your registration. Cancellation fees may apply.

2. Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Upon acknowledgement of booking, a deposit corresponding to 100 percent of the total cost of your reservation is requested to secure your hotel reservation.
All payments for individual bookings up to 9 rooms are refundable until 1st May 2026.

Authorization : By providing your credit card details, you authorize WUF 13 to charge your card according to the cancellation policy outlined below. Please note that the charge will appear as "BNETWORKGBP" on your credit card statement.

Full cancellation & reduction of stay :

From the time your booking is confirmed your deposit is still refundable until 1st May 2026.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to accommodation@wuf13.az
Requests for cancellations made by phone will not be accepted.

Reservation modification changes :

Please visit the WUF13 Hotel Booking website (see your registration confirmation email) and log in on the top right corner with your WUF 13 account credentials to access our online platform and to request your modification(s). Changes will be confirmed by WUF 13 within 48 hours and are subject to availability.
Rooms that are left unoccupied 48 hours after the check-in date will be released back to the Hotel and no refund will apply.

Name changes are without restrictions.

3. Minimum Stay

Please note that most of the hotels do not require any minimum stay for reservations from 17th to 23rd May 2026.
Please kindly note that some hotels may require a minimum stay. In such cases, this will be indicated in the room rate section of the hotel.

4. Accommodation Invoicing Process

• World Urban Forum 13 collects the full stay amount for all reservations.
• Payments will then be transferred in full to the relevant hotel(s).
• Delegates will receive an accommodation confirmation upon receipt of the full payment. They will be provided with an official invoice from the hotel.

Cancellation Policy for Group Accommodation Reservations
(WUF13, 17-23 May 2026)

This policy applies to all reservations for nine (9) or more rooms (a "Group Reservation"). For reservations of fewer than 9 rooms, please refer to the standard individual cancellation terms.

1. Group Reservation Process

Reservations for 9 or more rooms cannot be completed via the standard online booking platform. Please contact our dedicated accommodation team directly at accommodation@wuf13.az to arrange your group booking.

2. Payment Schedule & Cancellation Terms

A. For Group Reservations confirmed and contracted BEFORE 15 March 2026:

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.
The remaining 50% balance must be settled in full by 15 March 2026.

Cancellation before 15 March 2026: If the reservation is cancelled, or if the balance payment is not received by 15 March 2026 (and no alternative arrangement is agreed upon in writing), the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
The 50% advance payment will be refunded, minus any applicable bank or payment processing fees.

Cancellation on or after 15 March 2026: The 50% advance payment is non-refundable and will be forfeited as the cancellation fee.
The guest is not liable for the outstanding 50% balance.

B. For Group Reservations confirmed and contracted ON OR AFTER 15 March 2026:

A 100% prepayment is required to confirm and guarantee the reservation.
All cancellations for reservations made in this period are non-refundable.

3. General Conditions

All cancellation notices must be sent in writing to the same address: accommodation@wuf13.az. The date of the written notice will determine the applicable cancellation charges.

Please note: In all cases where a refund is applicable, any bank transfer fees, payment gateway commissions, or other transaction costs incurred during the original payment will be deducted from the refunded amount and are non-refundable.

The organiser reserves the right to release all unreserved or unpaid room blocks after the stated payment deadlines.
